    Apple Cinnamon Raisin Cookies

    List of Ingredients

    3/4 cup Flour
    1 tablespoon Baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
    2 tablespoons Egg Beaters egg substitute
    1/3 cup Apple juice, frozen concentrate
    2 tablespoons Brown rice syrup
    1 tablespoon Vanilla
    1 tablespoon Canola oil
    2 tablespoons Raisins
    1 small Apple, peeled and sliced
    2 tablespoons Grape Nuts

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 375F. Spray a cookie sheet with Pam. Mix flour, baking powder and cinnamon in a bowl. Add Egg Beaters, apple juice concentrate, brown rice syrup, vanilla and oil. Mix thoroughly. Add raisins, apples and Grape Nuts. Drop onto sheet by tablespoons. Bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Store extra in the refrigerator.
