    Omelet In A Bag

    servings 4with 2 eggs 5 pointswith eggs whites 3.5 pointswith egg beaters 3.5 points

    List of Ingredients

    2 eggs or 1/2 cup egg beaters or egg whites
    1/2 cup lean ham, chopped, diveded
    1 red bell pepper, chopped, diveded
    1 small can of mushrooms, chopped, diveded
    slat and pepper to taste
    1 sealable Ziploc bag for each person, marked with their name on it.

    Recipe

    pour 2 eggs or egg whites or egg beaters in bag. add 1 portion of ham, peppers and mushrooms to each bag, salt and pepper to taste. Press out most of the air, Seal each bag. Kneed each bag to mix mixture. (or stir mixture in bowl before pouring into bag).
    Place in boiling water, Cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove with tongs when eggs are cooked.
    Eat out of the bag or empty onto a plate.

    Make sure the pot is big enough so the bags float.

    Tip: have the kids make their own omlette
