    Recipe Introduction

    4 servings
    2 points, (1/2 cup serving)

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 c. low-fat plain yogurt
2 T. lemon, lime or orange juice
    3 1/2 c. (1 lb) unsweetened frozen fruit
    1/3 c. sugar

    Recipe

Mix yogurt and citrus juice in measuring cup.

Place frozen fruit and sugar in food processor, and pulse until fruit is finely chopped.

With machine running, gradually pour yogurt mixture through the feed tube.

Continue processing, stopping several times to scrape down sides of work bowl, until mixture is smooth and creamy.

Serve the frozen yogurt directly from the food processor work bowl or place in freezer for about 30 minutes to harden. The frozen yogurt will keep in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week. Let it soften in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving, or microwave at low (20 percent power) for 30 to 60 seconds.
