    List of Ingredients




    1 pound chicken breast fillets
    4 ounces no sodium tomato sauce
    1/2 cup dry red wine
    1/2 cup water
    1 medium green bell peppers, seeded & sliced
    1 medium red bell peppers, seeded & sliced
    4 ounces mushrooms, thinly sliced
    1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced
    2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
    1/2 tsp fresh oregano, chopped
    ground black pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Coat a large skillet with olive oil cooking spray and place over medium-low heat. Add chicken and saute until lightly browned on all sides. Drain any fat from skillet.

    Add remaining ingredients to skillet and mix well. Cook covered over medium heat for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink inside.
