    2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons reduced-calorie tub margarine
    2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
    1 tablespoon minced fresh basil
    1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme leaves
    1 tablespoon minced fresh oregano
    1 garlic clove, bruised
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
    6 ounces linguine

    Recipe



    In a large pot of boiling water, cook the linguine according to package directions. Drain and place in a serving bowl; keep warm.
    Place a small nonstick skillet over medium heat 30 seconds; melt the margarine 30 seconds more. Add the parsley, basil, thyme, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Reduce the heat to low and cook 30 seconds, until the herbs wilt. Remove and discard the garlic. Pour the herb mixture over the linguine and toss to coat.
    Divide evenly among 4 plates and serve at once.
