    1/4 cup spanish onion -- chopped
    1 clove garlic -- minced
    1 teaspoon olive oil
    1 cup canned tomatoes -- chopped
    1 cup spaghetti -- cooked
    3/4 ounce nonfat mozzarella cheese -- shredded
    3/4 ounce nonfat parmesan cheese -- grated

    Recipe

    simmer. Serve over spaghetti.
    Top with cheese.
