12 oz beef round
2 medium green pepper(s)
1 large onion(s)
2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground red pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp chili powder

Spray non stick pan with PAM. add finely sliced onions and green peppers. fry until browned. Add all spices, cook 5 more minutes. add very thinly sliced beef round steak meat. cook until meat is done. put on top of fat free tortillas, top with fat free sour cream ( optional) ( the tortillas and sour cream are additional points as per package nutritional values) You can add more seasoning or less depending on your tastes, I like it hot so I add more ground red pepper.
