    Creamy Italian Chicken

    4 servings 8 points per serving

    List of Ingredients

    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup white wine
    1 envelope dry Italian salad dressing
    mix (Good Seasons Italian)
    1 - 8 oz. pkg fat free cream cheese
    1 can fat free cream of chicken soup

    Recipe


    Place chicken in bottom of crock pot. Combine dressing mix, water and wine, pour over chicken.
    Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours OR cook on low for 6 hours.
    In a small mixing bowl, heat cream cheese in microwave for 20 seconds on defrost and then beat in the soup until well blended.

    Remove the chicken from the crockpot and add soup/cream cheese mixture into the crockpot. Whisk the pan drippings and mixture together until well blended. Add the chicken and cook 1 more hour.

    Serve over 2 oz. of angel hair pasta per person. 4 servings, 8 points.
