    12 items dry lasagna noodles
    2 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
    1/4 cup fat-free egg substitute
    1/4 cup parsley
    1 1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese
    8 oz raw extra lean ground beef
    28 oz Prego (U.S.) Chunky Garden Garden Combination Pasta Sauce

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375.
    Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain noodles and rinse with cold water.
    Mix ricotta, egg, parsley and 1 cup mozzarella in a bowl; set aside.
    Cook ground beef in skillet over medium heat until browned and drain fat.
    Spread 1/2 cup sauce in 9x13 baking dish.
    Spread 3 tablespoons ricotta mixture on each noodle; top with some ground beef.
    Roll up each noodle.
    Arrange seam sides down in baking dish.
    Top roll-ups with remaining sauce and mozzarella.
    Bake loosley covered for 15 minutes.
    Remove cover and bake for 10 minutes longer or until brown and bubbly.
