2 tablespoons raspberry-flavored vinegar
3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
2 teaspoons minced onion
1/4 cup fat-free, reduced sodium chicken broth

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse-blend until mixed. Place in jar with a tight fitting lid and store for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
