    List of Ingredients




    1/3 cup nonfat mayonnaise
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
    1 cup halved seedless red grapes
    1 1/2 tablespoons chopped pecans toasted
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges drained
    6 small green leaf lettuce leaves
    3 (6 inch) whole wheat pita bread rounds cut in half crosswise

    Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well. Gently stirin oranges. Place 1 lettuce leaf in each pita pocket half. Spoon 3/4 cup chicken salad into each pita half. Yield: 6 servings. Serve with fat-free pretzels. Serving Size (1 pita half)
