    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup apple juice
    1/2 cup red wine
    1/2 cup dried cherries
    2 cups cranberries
    2 cups sweet cherries, pitted and halved
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
    1 tablespoon orange zest

    Recipe



    Place the apple juice, wine, and dried cherries in a saucepan. Then simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

    Stir in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Reduce to a simmer and continue to cook, while stirring, for 10 minutes.

    Pour into a bowl, cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve chilled. (Keep covered in the refrigerator for up to a week.)
