    List of Ingredients

The reason popcorn is not a vegetable is because it under goes through a bunch of chemical changes, Which is no longer a corn.

The popcorn has nutrients and moisture inside the kernel. When the mositure inside gets heated to a high heat, the mositure inside turns into a steam. The pressure from the steam causes the kernel to explode and turns the kernel inside out. Which loses mosts of it's nutrients. As you can see from the nutrition label.

Bottom line, after it is popped, there is not enough nutrients to make it count for a vegetable.
