***My Trainer Want Me to Count Caloires

    List of Ingredients

My trainer want me to eat XXX amount of calories. How many calories are in X amount of points.

With WeightWatchers it's hard to say, Since not all points are created equal. One points can be between 25 to 110 calories, due to the fat and fiber.
If you are really wanting to know. You'll need to write everything down you eat and drink."" everything"" even diet pop and coffee have calories.

If your trainer is stuck only on calories, I would find another trainer that know how all diet program work and can set up a program for you based on that.

Because if the trainer is set on calories only. Has he or she made you take a personal fitness test? Which involves
    *RMR (resting metabolic rate) test
*Measurements—Height, weight, resting blood pressure, resting heart rate, body mass index, waist to hip ratio, and body composition (measured by electrical impedance)
    *Tests—Submaximal Cardiorespiratory Endurance
    *Submaximal Muscular Strength & Endurance.
*Exercise Planning & Instruction– Your health history and fitness goals are incorporated into a start-up exercise prescription and you are then oriented to the equipment.

If he or she hasn't sent you out for test. Then their calorie counting doesn't mean a thing. It just a overall guess.
