Here's some tips on getting in your dairy.

WW has a "Milk Products" or "Dairy" requirement...NOT a "Calcium" requirement. If supplements were considered a serving they would be included in your materials. They are not. Please review your week 1 materials and see the following two articles about milk/dairy benefits.

If your DOCTOR advises you against dairy due to an allergy or reaction of some sort...the next best thing would be supplements. WW week 1 materials advise If digesting lactose is a problem for you, look for dairy products that are labeled lactose-free or lactose-reduced, or consider using lactose-reducing pills.
. Don't choose supplements to save POINTS. Dairy has other benefits than just calcium.

Note: 6 oz Yogurts count as 3/4 Dairy Serving. You can total up the portions of Dairy to equal one serving:
1/2 cup milk = 1/2 dairy. 1 cup of Cottage Cheese = 1/2 dairy serving. Add them together and get One Dairy Serving

BTW, here is an email WW's cust service sent me:

"Thank you for contacting us with your inquiry. Milk is comprised of a number of nutrients that, for the most part, are “naturally occurring”. Naturally occurring nutrients are considered by health experts as the best source of most nutrients. No single nutrient can determine a milk serving.. Calcium and protein are just two of the many nutrients in milk, which is why we no longer use the “percentage calcium and grams of protein” rule as an indicator of what a milk product is.

Other nutrients in milk include Vitamin D, Vitamin A, Phosphorous, Potassium, Vitamin B12, Niacin, and Riboflavin. Calcium works in combination with these other nutrients in milk to provide strong bones. In addition, the protein in milk is made up of a particular combination of amino acids that cannot be found in many other foods."
