    Ginger Honey Carrots

    List of Ingredients

    4 cups carrot -- sliced
    1 tablespoon ginger -- grated
    1 clove garlic -- minced
    1/4 cup honey
    1 tablespoon butter
    2 1/2 tablespoons water
    1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
    pepper

    Recipe

    Combine all ingredients in pot.

    Cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes until carrots are tender, adding more water if necessary.
