    12 oz. Morning Star meat crumbles
    1 1/2 tablespoons onion flakes
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    1 cup chopped zucchini
    1 cup chopped yellow squash
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    3/4 cup chopped red pepper
    1 3/4 cup canned chopped tomatoes, undrained
    1/2 cup barbeque sauce
    1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning
    6 whole wheat hamburger buns or pitas

    Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add meat crumbles, onion flakes, and garlic to skillet; cook, stirring frequently until meta crumbles are browned. Add zucchini, squash, mushrooms, and bell peppers, cover and cook over medium until vegetables are tender. Add tomatoes, barbeque sauce, and seasoning, cook over medium heat until most of the liquid has evaporated and the mixture is heated through. Serve sloppy Joes on buns or pitas.
