    2 c. all purpose flour sifted before measuring (7/8c+7/8c unsifted flour)

    3/4 tsp baking soda

    pinch salt

    3/4 c. shortening

    1 c sugar

    2 pkg (3.4 oz) lemon instant pudding

    3 eggs lightly beaten



    Recipe



    Sift flour with baking soda and salt. Cream shortening until light. Add sugar and pudding mix. Beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs, mix well to blend. Add flour mixture beat until well blended. Drop by tsp onto greased cookie sheet 2" apart. Bake at 375 for 8-10 min.



    Note: I have used lemon pudding with a little lemon extract

    I have used oreo cookie pudding



    I have used french vanilla pudding and vanilla extract
