    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
    • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
    • 2/3 cup sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 1 1/2 cups flour
    • 2 tsp baking powder
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
    • 1 1/2 cups craisins
    • 1 cup white chocolate chips


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 375. In a large bowl whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and sugar. Whisk in eggs and vanilla until well blended.
    2. In medium bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in butter mixture. Stir in all remaining ingredients.
    3. Drop cookie dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper using your favorite method. Flatten cookies slightly.
    4. Bake 10-12 minutes until just starting to brown around the edges but still pale in the center.
    5. Remove from oven and slide parchment on cooling rack to cool.
