    List of Ingredients


    • 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
    • 1 can water chestnuts, drained
    • olive oil
    • balsamic vinegar to taste
    • grey poupon mustard to taste


    Instructions


    1. Pour olive oil in medium saucepan until bottom of pan is covered. Warm on low heat. Add spinach. Add olive oil to keep spinach looking moist. Add water chestnuts. Add vinegar to taste. Add mustard. Cook until done.
