    Stuffed Mushrooms


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs Large Mushrooms
    • 2 Grean Onions Chopped
    • 1 Cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
    • 1/2 tsp Garlic
    • 1/2 tsp Poultry Seasoning
    • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
    • 3-4 tbs Butter
    • Shredded Mozzerella Cheese


    Instructions


    1. Remove stems and peel outer layer of mushoom caps off. Chop the stems and add to medium glass bowl and add all the ingredients but mozzerella cheese.
    2. Cook caps for 5 minutes at 100% in micorwave oven and set aside. Empty any liquid from caps.
    3. Cook mixture in glass bowl for 2 minutes at 100%. Stuff cooled caps with mixture and garnish with mozzerella cheese.
    4. Heat for 2 minutes at 100% or until hot.
