Stuffed Mushrooms
List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs Large Mushrooms
- 2 Grean Onions Chopped
- 1 Cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 tsp Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Poultry Seasoning
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 3-4 tbs Butter
- Shredded Mozzerella Cheese
Instructions
- Remove stems and peel outer layer of mushoom caps off. Chop the stems and add to medium glass bowl and add all the ingredients but mozzerella cheese.
- Cook caps for 5 minutes at 100% in micorwave oven and set aside. Empty any liquid from caps.
- Cook mixture in glass bowl for 2 minutes at 100%. Stuff cooled caps with mixture and garnish with mozzerella cheese.
- Heat for 2 minutes at 100% or until hot.
