    Introduced to group at Nancy's house 2011

    List of Ingredients




    Crust
    1 1/2 cup Ritz Crackers
    4 T sugar
    1/3 cup melted Butter

    Filling
    1 Qt soft lime sherert
    2 Qt soft vanilla ice cream

    Topping
    1/4 cup sugar
    6 T butter
    2 eggs (beaten)
    4 T lemon juice


    Recipe



    Crust
    combine and press in 9x13 pan

    Filling
    combine ice cream and sherbert

    Topping
    Cook over low heat till thicken, strain cool completely and spread over ice cream mixture and freeze
