    This is a recipe which is inexpensive to make. My mom cooked this when I was growing up and we always looked forward to the meal.

    List of Ingredients




    4 green bell peppers
    1 onion, minced
    1/2 pound ground beef
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 can tomatoe sauce
    1 cup rice, cooked

    Recipe



    Cut off tops of bell peppers and clean. Dice and saute tops of peppers, onion, beef and garlic. Mix with rice and sauce. Stuff peppers. Cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350, uncovered. You can top peppers with extra sauce for garnish when cooking.
