    Lemon-Poppy Seed Cake

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Package instant lemon pudding
    • 1 Lemon cake mix
    • 1 Cup milk
    • 1/2 Cup oil
    • 2-1/2 Tablespoons poppy seeds
    • 2 Teaspoons lemon extract
    • 4 Eggs
    • 1 angel food pan or bundt pan, greased anf floured.


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients in mixer.
      Beat on medium for about 2 minutes.
      Until light and smooth.
    2. Pour into greased and floured pan.
    3. Bake for 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
      Check center for doneness.
    4. Cool slightly and remove from pan.
    5. Dust with powdered sugar or frost with
      what ever frosting you like.
