    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Cream of Mushroom soup
    • 1 cup water (or 1 1/3 cups water for creamier rice)
    • 3/4 c. uncooked regular white rice
    • 1/4 tsp. paprika
    • 1/4 tsp. pepper
    • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    2. In 2 qt. shallow baking dish, mix soup, water, paprika and pepper. Place chicken on top, and sprinkle on additional paprika and pepper to taste.
    3. Bake for 45 minutes or until done.


    Final Comments


    NOTE: I have also substituted pork chops for the chicken, and even used Cream of Chicken condensed soup at times.
