List of Ingredients



• FIRST LAYER:
  
• 1 stick of margarine,melted
  
• 1 Cup flour
  
• 1 Cup crushed walnuts
  
• SECOND LAYER:
  
• 1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese
  
• 1 Cup confectioners sugar
  
• 1 Cup cool whip
  
• THIRD LAYER:
  
• 2 packages instant chocolate pudding
  
• 3 Cups milk
  






Instructions



1. FIRST LAYER:
   Crust:
   Mix together these 3 ingredients.
   Press gently into the pan.
   
2. SECOND LAYER:
   Filling
   Beat these 3 ingredients until smooth.
   spread over the crust.
   
   
3. THIRD LAYER:
   Make the pudding and blend until
   thick and smooth. Spread over the
   cream cheese layer.
   
4. FOURTH LAYER:
   Spread remaing cool whip over pudding
   mixture and sprinkle with walnuts.
   
5. Refrigerate. If you have any left overs
   regrigerate!!!
