List of Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 Cup olive oil
- 1/4 Cup red wine vinegar
Instructions
- Place salt, pepper and mustard ina medium bowl.
- Add several drops of oil, blendwith a wooden spoon. Add severaldrops of vinegar;blend well.
- Add remaining oil and vinegargradually, stirring constantly, until all is used.
- Store in covered jar in refrigerator.Shake well before using.
- Makes 1 1/3 cups.
