    Vinaigrette

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 teaspoons salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
    • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
    • 1 Cup olive oil
    • 1/4 Cup red wine vinegar


    Instructions


    1. Place salt, pepper and mustard ina medium bowl.

    2. Add several drops of oil, blendwith a wooden spoon. Add severaldrops of vinegar;blend well.

    3. Add remaining oil and vinegargradually, stirring constantly, until all is used.

    4. Store in covered jar in refrigerator.Shake well before using.

    5. Makes 1 1/3 cups.
