    List of Ingredients


    • 1 envelope gelatine
    • 1/4 cup cold water
    • 2 tablespoons butter (or margarine), softened
    • 1 1/4 cups milk
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/3 cup unsweeted cocoa powder
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed (or whipped cream)


    Instructions


    1. In blender or food processor, process milk, sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla until blended. While processing, gradually add gelatine mixture and process until blended.
    2. Pour into bowl, then mix in whipped topping.
    3. Pour into bowl and chill until firm.


    Final Comments


    If desired, garnish with additional whipped topping.
