Easy Chocolate Mousse

List of Ingredients
- 1 envelope gelatine
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 2 tablespoons butter (or margarine), softened
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweeted cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed (or whipped cream)
Instructions
- In blender or food processor, process milk, sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla until blended. While processing, gradually add gelatine mixture and process until blended.
- Pour into bowl, then mix in whipped topping.
- Pour into bowl and chill until firm.
Final Comments
If desired, garnish with additional whipped topping.
