    THIS IS VERY GOOD BANANA CAKE. IT TASTES YUMMY!!!!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 CUP SHORTENING
    • 1 1/3 CUPS BROWN SUGAR
    • 2 EGGS WELL BEATEN
    • 1 TEASPOON VANILLA
    • 2 CUPS FLOUR
    • 1/2 TEASPOON SALT
    • 1/2 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
    • 1 CUP BANANA PULP
    • 1/4 CUP SOUR MILK


    Instructions


    1. CREAM SHORTENING AND SUGAR.
    2. ADD EGGS AND VANILLA.
    3. BEAT UNTIL FLUFFY.
    4. ADD DRY INGREDIENTS.
    5. ALTERNATE WITH SOUR MILK AND BANANA.
    6. BEAT WELL.
    7. BAKE IN A 350 OVEN FOR 50 MINUTES.
