    Mexicali Appetizer Meatballs

    List of Ingredients


    • 2/3c. steak sauce
    • 2/3c. chunky salsa
    • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    • 1 egg
    • 1/2c. dry bread crumbs


    Instructions


    1. Blend steak sauce and salsa in small bowl. Mix beef, egg, bread crumbs, and 1/3c. sauce mixture in large bowl; shape mixture into 32 (1 1/4 inch) meatballs.
    2. Arrange meatballs in single layer on shallow baking pan. Bake at 425 for 12-15 mins. or until done.
    3. Serve remaining sauce mixture as a dip with meatballs.
