    Frosted Peanut Butter Bars

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2c. peanut butter
    • 1/3c. butter
    • 1 1/2c. brown sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1t. vanilla
    • 1 1/2c. flour
    • 1 1/2t. baking powder
    • 1/4c. milk
    • Frosting:
    • 2/3c. peanut butter
    • 1/2c. butter
    • 4c. icing sugar
    • 1/3 to 1/2c. milk
    • Topping:
    • 1/4c. chocolate chips
    • 1T. butter


    Instructions


    1. Cream peanut butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Add milk; mix well.
    2. Put into a 15x10 cookie sheet greased. Bake at 350 for 16-20 minutes.
    3. Cool. Mix frosting with mixer, put in enough milk to spread, but not runny.
    4. Frost. Melt chocolate chips and butter, stir.
    5. Drizzle over frosting. Put in fridge till sets.
    6. Makes: about 5 dozen.
