Lemon Cheese Bars

List of Ingredients



• 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
  
• 1/2c. butter, melted
  
• 1 egg
  
• 1 can lemon frosting mix
  
• 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  
• 2 eggs
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 13x9 inch pan on bottom only.
   
2. Combine in a large bowl the first 3 ingredients until well mixed.
   
3. Press into prepared pan. Blend in a large bowl the frosting mix and cream cheese.
   
4. Reserve 1/2c. for frosting baked bars.
   
5. Add 2 eggs to remaining frosting.
   
6. Beat for 3-5 minutes.
   
7. Spread over base. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
   
8. Cool and frost.
   
9. Makes about 36 bars.
