    Triple Layer Cookie Bars

    • 1/2c. butter
    • 1 1/2c. graham cracker crumbs
    • 1 (7 oz) pkg. flaked coconut
    • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
    • 1 (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
    • 1/2c. creamy peanut butter


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350. In 13x9 inch baking pan, melt butter in oven.
    2. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over butter. Top evenly with coconut then milk.
    3. Bake 25 mins. or until lightly browned. In small saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with peanut butter.
    4. Spread evenly over hot coconut layer. Cool 30 minutes. Chill.
    5. Cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temp.
    6. Makes:36 bars.
