    • 2c. self rising cornmeal
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • 2oz. Cracklins
    • 1 1/4c. buttermilk


    Instructions


    1. Generously grease pans to be used and preheat oven to 450.
    2. Measure cornmeal into bowl and gradually add buttermilk, then the egg and cracklins.
    3. Pour into hot pan and bake for 10-15 minutes.
