    Instructions


    1. Combine 1/4c. sugar & 1/2t. ground cinnamon, set aside.
    2. In a bowl, stir together 1 1/2c. all purpose flour, 1/2c. sugar, 1 1/2t. baking powder, 1/4t. ground nutmeg, and 1/8t. salt.
    3. In another bowl, combine 1 beaten egg, 1/2c. milk, and 1/3c. melted butter, add to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened.
    4. Lightly grease muffin cups or line with paper bake cups. Fill until 2/3 full.
    5. Bake at 350 for 20-25 mins. or till golden.
    6. Immediately dip tops into 3T. melted butter then into sugar cinnamon mixture.
