List of Ingredients



• 1 3/4c. all purpose flour
  
• 1t. soda
  
• 1/2t. salt
  
• 1c. brown sugar, packed
  
• 1/3c. peanut butter
  
• 1 egg, well beaten
  
• 1c. buttermilk
  






Instructions



1. Sift flour, measure and resift 3 times with soda and salt.
   
2. Blend sugar into peanut butter. Stir in well beaten egg and beat until smooth.
   
3. Add flour mixture and buttermilk alternately, beating until smooth after each addition.
   
4. Turn into buttered loaf pan. Bake in a moderate oven (350) 1 hour or until well browned.
