    1 lb. ground sausage
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 - 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    refrigerated pizza crust
    salt & pepper to taste


    Recipe
    Brown together sausage and onion. Drain and cool. Stir in egg, salt & pepper and cheeses.

    Roll out refrigerated pizza crust on a floured surface.

    Spread sausage mixture on top, roll up jellyroll style and pinch along the top and ends to seal. Place seam side down on baking sheet.

    Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes. .................................
