    List of Ingredients


    • 1c. corn meal
    • 1 1/2c. boiling water
    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • 1c. milk
    • 1T. baking powder
    • salt to taste


    Instructions


    1. Pour boiling water oven corn meal; stir constantly. Beat eggs in another bowl.
    2. Mix all together. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 350 until done. This will be soft; spoon out and butter.
    3. Delicious.
