    List of Ingredients


    • 1 egg, beaten
    • 1c. milk
    • 2T. shortening, melted
    • 1c. pancake mix
    • 1c. pork sausage links, cooked and sliced


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 450. Combine egg, milk, shortening and pancake mix; beat until smooth.
    2. Pour into a greased 8x12 pan and top with sausage slices.
    3. Bake 20 minutes. Cut in squares and serve hot with butter and syrup.
    4. Serves: 4-6
