Breakfast Skillets with a twist - The family loves to start their morning with a warm breakfast, pop these simple breakfast muffins in the oven for a special treat.

3/4 package Jimmy Dean® Skillets any flavor, 8 eggs

PREPARE:
Grease muffin cups.
While still frozen, scoop about 1/4 cup Jimmy Dean® Skillet mixture into each muffin cup.
Beat eggs until foamy.
Pour eggs evenly over skillet mixture in muffin cups.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until eggs are set. Serve warm
