    List of Ingredients


    • 1c. flour
    • 2 eggs
    • 1c. milk
    • 1/2t. salt
    • dash of pepper
    • 1 lb. sausage links


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients except sausage in a blender and blend on high speed for 4 seconds.
    2. Turn off and scrape sides. Now blend again for about 1 minute. Refrigerate the batter at least 1 hour.
    3. Preheat oven to 400. Place links in skillet, sprinkle with 2T. water, cover tightly and cook over low heat until thoroughly cooked and water has evaporated.
    4. Put sausage in single layer in 6x10 greased dish and moisten with 2T. meat drippings.
    5. Be sure each sausage is an inch apart. Pour batter over sausage and bake 30 mins. or until pudding has risen over top of pan and is crisp and golden.
    6. Serve at once. Great with applesauce.
