    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 lb. chopped mushrooms
    • 1/4c. chopped onions
    • 2T. chopped parsley
    • salt and pepper
    • 1/4c. butter
    • 1 lb. thinly sliced round steak
    • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
    • 1/2c. water


    Instructions


    1. Cook mushrooms, parsley, onion, salt and pepper in 2T. butter till tender.
    2. Pound beef and cut into strips long enough to roll.
    3. Place mushroom mixture on each piece of beef, roll, fasten with toothpicks.
    4. Brown beef in remaining butter. Stir in soup and water. Cover, cook on low heat 1 hour or till tender.
