    Chocolate Coconut Cups

    List of Ingredients


    • 8oz. bittersweet chocolate
    • 1 1/3c. flaked coconut


    Instructions


    1. Put 25 foil lined candy cups on a cookie sheet. In top of double boiler, melt chocolate over barely simmering water, stirring constantly.
    2. Remove from hot water and add coconut. Mix lightly until coconut is completely coated with chocolate.
    3. Drop a teaspoonful of mixture into each cup. Chill in fridge until firm.
