Peppermint Bark Candy

1/2 lb peppermint candy, sticks crunched fine
2 lbs white chocolate


Recipe




1. Melt chocolate by placeing 2 lb package in a microwave safe bowl.
2. Micrwave on defrost or 1/2 power for 1-minute.
3. Stir,continue to heat in 30 secind intervals until chocolate is creamy and smooth.
4. When all chocolate is melted stir peppermint chips in well.
5. Spread on a tray covered with wax paper.
6. Let set up at room tempture or chill in refridgerator or freezer.
7. When hard break up into small pieces.
8. Enjoy.
