Everyone Wants This Casserole

List of Ingredients



• 4 slices bacon
  
• 4 stalks green onions, diced thin
  
• 1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
  
• salt and pepper to taste
  
• 1/4t. celery salt
  
• 2 1/2c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  
• 8 large eggs, well beaten
  
• 1c. milk
  






Instructions



1. Cook bacon, crisy, crumble. Reserve drippings to saute onion, then mushrooms.
   
2. In mixing bowl, combine bacon, onions, mushrooms, seasonings, cheese, eggs and milk.
   
3. Pour into greased 2 qt. casserole.
   
4. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
