    • 3 MED. ONIONS, FINELY CHOPPED
    • 2 LB. GROUND BEEF
    • 15 OZ. SPAGHETTI SAUCE
    • 16 OZ. STEWED RIPE TOMATOES
    • 4 OZ. MUSHROOMS, DRAINED
    • 1t. GARLIC SALT
    • 8 OZ. SHELL PASTA
    • 8 OZ. PROVOLONE CHEESE SLICES
    • 3C. SOUR CREAM
    • 1C. SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE


    Instructions


    1. COOK BEEF AND ONION UNTIL DONE. DRAIN.
    2. ADD SPAGHETTI SAUCE, TOMATOES, MUSHROOMS, AND GARLIC SALT TO MEAT MIXTURE. STIR WELL.
    3. SIMMER 20 MINS.
    4. COOK PASTA AS DIRECTED.
    5. PLACE 1/2 MACARONI INTO GREASED CASSEROLE DISH
    6. LAYER WITH 1/2 MEAT SAUCE, 1/2 PROVOLONE AND 1/2 SOUR CREAM.
    7. REPEAT LAYERS AND TOP WITH MOZZARELLA CHEESE.
    8. COVER AND BAKE AT 350 FOR 30 MINS.
    9. UNCOVER AND BAKE 15 MINS.
    10. YEILD: 12 SERVINGS
