    • 1 LB. GROUND BEEF
    • 1 SMALL ONION, CHOPPED
    • 2 CLOVES GARLIC, FINELY CHOPPED
    • 1C. WATER
    • 1/2 C. TACO SAUCE.
    • 4 OZ. GREEN CHILIES
    • 1 CAN (2.25 OZ) RIPE SLICED OLIVES, DRAINED AND DIVIDED
    • 1 PKG. TACO SEASONING
    • 1 PKG. TACO SHELLS, BROKEN
    • 2C. SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE, DIVIDED
    • 1/4C. CHOPPED TOMATOES
    • 1/8C. SLICED GREEN ONIONS


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375
    2. COOK BEEF, ONION, GARLIC UNTIL BEEF IS BROWN, DRAIN.
    3. STIR IN WATER, TACO SAUCE, CHILIES, 1/4C. OLIVES AND SEASONING MIX.
    4. COOK OVER LOW HEAT FOR 3-4 MINS.
    5. LAYER 1/2 TACO SHELLS ON BOTTOM OF GREASED 12 X 8 BAKING DISH.
    6. COVER WITH 1/2 MEAT SAUCE. SPRINKLE 1C. CHEESE.
    7. REPEAT WITH REMAINING SHELLS, MEAT SAUCE AND CHEESE.
    8. BAKE 20-25 MINS. OR UNTIL BUBBLY AND CHEESE MELTS.
    9. TOP WITH OLIVES, TOMATOES, GREEN ONION.
