- 1c. butter, softened
- 1/2c. confectioners sugar
- 1t. vanilla
- 2 1/4c. flour
- 1/4c. chopped pecans
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400. Mix butter, sugar, and vanilla.
- Work in flour, nuts until dough holds together. Shape into 1 inch balls.
- Place on cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 mins. Bake until set but not brown.
- As soon as you take them out of the oven, roll in sugar.
- Cool. Roll in sugar again.
