Don't really know how old this recipe is. I've had it for over 10 yrs.





List of Ingredients



• 1c. sugar
  
• 3 egg whites
  
• pinch of salt
  
• 1t. vanilla
  
• 1c. nuts
  






Instructions



1. Beat egg whites until stiff and gradually add sugar while whites are still beating.
   
2. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Drop by tablespoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.
   
3. Bake at 250 for 1 hour. Lift from cookie sheet as soon as they come from oven.
