    Beef Roast with Mushroom-Onion Gravy

    List of Ingredients


    • 3lb. boneless beef chuck roast
    • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup


    Instructions


    1. Place roast in crock pot. Sprinkle onion soup on roast then spoon on undiluted soup.
    2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hrs. or high for 4 hrs.
    3. Makes: about 6 servings
